Perfect Mudslide

This is a really chocolatey and creamy cocktail made with Baileys, Oreo cookies, and ice cream! Yum!

Ingredients:

  1. 50ml Baileys
  2. 6 Oreo Cookies
  3. 3 Scoops of a good quality vanilla ice cream
  4. Cream
  5. 4 ice cubes - crushed
  6. Block of chilled chocolate

Recipie:

  1. Finely blend the Oreo cookies in a food processor
  2. Blend in the ice cream and ice cubes
  3. Mix in the Baileys
  4. Serve in a large glass with a straw and garnish with cream and chocolate shavings

For a twist, try adding 10ml of mint liqueur, or orange Contreau!
